We want you to LOVEĀ your magicalĀ goodies, that is why we offer a 14 day returns period for our Australian customers & a 30 day returns period for our International customers. This 14 day returns period is for both online purchases & in store purchases.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  • Email help@tibbsandbones.com with your name, order number & the items you wish you return.
  • You will then be given instructions on how to return your item. You are able toĀ receive a credit note, exchange or refund.Ā 
  • If you requested an 'exchange' you will need to pay the shipping cost to have the items sent back out. We will text you when your items are ready to be sent.Ā 
  • Items purchased during promotional sales periods areĀ not able to be returned.
  • Returns must be posted back within 5 business days, otherwise they may be rejected.
  • Returns are processed within 2 business days of receiving.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  • Ensure you have a copy of your receipt, or we will be unable to process your return.

  • Your return will be processed within 2 business days.
  • Please note orders returned after the 14 day period (even if they have NOT been collected) are unable to be returned.

    • Items must be received in original condition (unworn/un-washed)
    • You must have proof of purchase when returning in store.

    • We do not reimburse original shipping costs, unless the item was faulty.

    • We do not take responsibility for the return postage costs, unless the item was faulty or there was a shipment mistake.
    • Jewellery, swimwear, glitter, nipple pasties, beauty products, accessories & SALE items are not able to be returned.
    • Items purchased during promotional salesĀ are not able to be returned.

HOW YOUR REFUND IS PROCESSED:

  • RefundsĀ are returned using the payment method used to purchase the goods.
    • AFTER PAY - Your payment plan will be cancelled or adjusted & any applicable payments made will be returned to your account.
    • ZIP PAY - Your payment plan will be cancelled or adjusted & any applicable payments made will be returned to your account.
    • PAYPAL - The funds will be returned to your account.
    • CREDIT/DEBIT CARD - The funds will be returned to your account. Please allow a couple of days for them to reappear within your account.
    • SEZZLE - Your payment plan will be cancelled or adjusted & any applicable payments made will be returned to your account.

FAULTY GARMENTSĀ 

AllĀ items are assessed before being packed up safe & sound and sent to their new home. If you believe that your item is faulty, please contact us at HELP@tibbsandbones.com within 24 hours of receiving.
