We want you to LOVE your magical goodies, that is why we offer a 10 day returns period for our Australian customers & a 30 day returns period for our International customers. We offer a 10 day returns period for in-store purchases also.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ITEM:

  • Email help@tibbsandbones.com with your name, order number & the items you wish you return.
  • You will then be given instructions on how to return your item. You are able to receive a credit note, refund or exchange.
  • If you requested an 'exchange' you will need to pay the shipping cost to have the items sent back out. We will text you when your items are ready to be sent. 
  • SALE items are NOT able to be returned.
  • Items purchased during promotional sales periods (using a discount code) are able to returned for an exchange or credit note only. 
  • Items must be posted back within 5 business days after being approved for return to ensure they make it within the 10 day return time, otherwise they may be rejected.
  • Online returns are processed within 2 business days of receiving.
  • In store returns are processed immediately.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED IN STORE:

  • Bring your items into store within 10 days of purchasing.
  • Ensure you have a copy of your receipt, if you do not have one please ensure you know the day & time you made your purchase so we can look it up for you.
  • You are able to receive a credit note, refund or exchange.
  • SALE items are NOT able to be returned.
  • Items purchased during promotional sales periods (using a discount code) are able to returned for an exchange or credit note only. 
  • Your return will be processed within 2 business days.
  • Please note orders returned after the 10 day period (even if they have NOT been collected) are unable to be returned.

RETURNS CONDITIONS (ONLINE & IN STORE PURCHASES)

  • Returns must be received within their 10 day & 30 day returns period.

  • We do not take responsibility for the return postage costs, unless the item was faulty or there was a shipment mistake.

    FAULTY GARMENTS 

    All items are assessed before being packed up safe & sound and sent to their new home. If you believe that your item is faulty, please contact us at HELP@tibbsandbones.com within 24 hours of discovering the fault.
