We want you to LOVEĀ your magicalĀ goodies, that is why we offer a 14 day returns period for our Australian customers & a 30 day returns period for our International customers. We offer a 14 day returns period for in-store purchases also.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  • EmailĀ help@tibbsandbones.comĀ with your name, order number & the items you wish you return.
  • You will then be given instructions on how to return your item. You are able toĀ receive a credit note, exchange or refund.Ā 
  • If you requested an 'exchange' you will need to pay the shipping cost to have the items sent back out. We will text you when your items are ready to be sent.Ā 
  • Items purchased during promotional sales periods areĀ not able to be returned.
  • ItemsĀ mustĀ be posted back within 5 business days after being approved for return, otherwise they may be rejected.
  • Online returnsĀ are processed within 2 business days of receiving.
  • In store returns are processed immediately.

  • Ensure you have a copy of your receipt, if you do not have one please ensure you know the day & time you made your purchase so we can look it up for you.

  • Your return will be processed within 2 business days.
  • Please note orders returned after the 14 day period (even if they have NOT been collected) are unable to be returned.

HOW YOUR REFUND IS PROCESSED:

  • RefundsĀ are returned using the payment method used to purchase the goods.
    • AFTER PAY - Your payment plan will be cancelled or adjusted & any applicable payments made will be returned to your account.
    • ZIP PAY - Your payment plan will be cancelled or adjusted & any applicable payments made will be returned to your account.
    • PAYPAL - The funds will be returned to your account.
    • CREDIT/DEBIT CARD - The funds will be returned to your account. Please allow a couple of days for them to reappear within your account.
    • SEZZLE - Your payment plan will be cancelled or adjusted & any applicable payments made will be returned to your account.

FAULTY GARMENTSĀ 

AllĀ items are assessed before being packed up safe & sound and sent to their new home. If you believe that your item is faulty, please contact us atĀ HELP@tibbsandbones.comĀ within 24 hours of discovering the fault.
