I bought a pair of demonia platform boots for Ashnikko's concert Im going to this week and was anxious about ordering in case my items wouldn't arrive on time, customer service was so supportive and sweet and I received my items within 24 hours from Melbourne to Brisbane! "The staff here are so, so lovely. The range of cool clothes and shoes is really above and beyond. They have so many cool pieces that are hard to find elsewhere in Australia, especially in a real bricks and mortar store. It's definitely worth going in if you love quirky or alt fashion. The range of big chunky goth shoes and boots is exceptional. There's also a lot of fun little blind boxes etc. The vibe is immaculate, super friendly and helpful without being overbearing. "My first time purchasing was in store a few years ago. The store was super inviting, and despite being packed full of customers (no question as to why), the staff still had time to help me with shoe fitting. They were all pleasant and easygoing, and the vibes were immaculate. Now that I know my shoe size, I felt I could purchase online. They have awesome stuff in stock, and I love what I've bought! Unfortunately, an item I ordered was actually out of stock, so they sent me the lovliest message asking me to pick out a substitute. Their customer service was just as wonderful as my day in the store, and their attitude really set my mood for the day in a positive way. I initially learnt of this business through their tik tok, and from social media to store, they are genuine, lovely, and welcoming people. “This is an absolute gem of a store. Their clothes and accessories encourage freedom of expression, and they have been supporting the rave community for years now. I recently bought something from them online, in the wrong size, and even though it was a specialty item they exchanged it without any problem. I so appreciate how accommodating they were with that, and then postage was really affordable too. Staff are all genuinely nice to you and won’t judge you.
