Do you ship worldwide?
We sure do! We ship right around the world via Australia Post, Star Track & DHL Express.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
For our Aussie babes, orders take between 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Usually it is superrrr quick though and most T&B babes have their order the following day! We also have a "Same Day" service for Melbourne customers. For International customers, orders can take between 1-15 business days, depending on your location & chosen delivery method. If you need something super quick, international babes are best to select DHL. *PLEASE NOTE there may be postal delays outside of our control due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Can I track my order?
Yup, you sure can! You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
No, unfortunately once your order has been placed no amendments nor cancellations are able to occur.
I have a discount code or gift voucher, where can I enter this code?
At the checkout page there is a section which says "click here to enter a gift card or discount code". Simply type in your code and hit apply.
What does a PRE ORDER mean?
A pre order means that the item is currently being made & will be delivered to you within a certain timeframe - It isn't able to be shipped out right away like our usual goodies. Usually super in-demand items are on pre order so none of our amazing customers miss out! The delivery timeframe of Pre Order items is clearly noted in the description of the item.
A Simply add the item to your cart on our website & check out as per normal. Once the Pre Order is ready to send out you will get a notification.
If I order a PRE ORDER item and other in stock items, will my other items be sent first?
No, we keep all your goodies safe until your Pre Order item arrives, then we send it all together.
Do you have After Pay, Zip Pay, Laybuy or Klarna?
Do you accept returns?
We offer a 10 day returns period Australia wide & a 30 day returns period for our international customers. Our full Returns Policy can be found HERE. *PLEASE NOTE we are happy to extend this period during the Covid-19 pandemic. Please email us at email@example.com for assistance.

Can I use After Pay or Zip Pay in your physical stores?
Can I collect my order from your physical store?
Yep! Just check out on our website as normal, then select 'Pick Up In Store' as your shipping method. And it is free to collect in store too! We can also have orders ready to collect within the same day. Once your order is ready to be collected you will receive a text message with the pick up details.
