Where are you based?

We ship out from Melbourne, Australia. We also have a store in Northcote so you can shop IRL! Find the details HERE.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship right around the world via Australia Post & DHL Express.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

For Australian customers, orders take between 1-3 business days, depending on your location. For International customers, orders can take between 1-15 business days, depending on your location & chosen delivery method.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please refer to our detailed shipping section HERE for all information. 

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

No, unfortunately once your order has been placed no amendments nor cancellations are able to occur.

I have a discount code or gift voucher, where can I enter this code?

At the checkout page, near your order total, there is a section which says "have a discount code? Click here to enter it". Simply click on this, type in your code and hit apply. 

What does a PRE ORDER mean?

A pre order means that the item is currently being made & will be delivered to you within a certain timeframe. All PRE ORDER styles are clearly noted in the heading & description of the item. 

If I order a PRE ORDER item and other in stock items, will my other items be sent first?

No. If you order a PRE ORDER item and other in stock items, your order will be kept safe and sound until your PRE ORDER item is ready to ship, then all items will be sent together. 

Do you accept returns?

We offer a 14 day returns period Australia wide & a 30 day exchange period for our international customers. Our full Returns Policy can be found HERE

Do you have a physical store I can shop in?

Yes, we have a store in Northcote (Melbourne), Australia - you can check out the address & open hours HERE.

Can I collect my order from your physical store?

Yes, however you need to select "PICK UP IN STORE" as your shipping method so we can organise this for you. Once your order is ready to be collected you will receive an email.
