1. Set your boundaries! 💖

Life is about balancing effort with ease. When things feel like they take too much effort, try setting some boundaries to restore the ease.

This could be:

✦ Rescheduling a busy calendar to bring more moments of rest

✦ Protecting your night time routine by limiting phone use 

✦ Surrounding yourself with people you feel energised around 

 

2. Fill your cup 🎀

When we thrive, our energy shines. Prioritising activities that spark joy, go a long way! 

What feeds your soul?

✦ A self care night complete with a bubble bath

✦ Creating ritual and bringing in your tarot deck

✦ A sweaty gym session

✦ Quality time with your BFF

 

3. Connection 💫

Social connection is a key aspect of mental health. Even when you’re busy, it’s important to curate moments of connection.

This could look like: 

✦ Making a phone call to your bestie/mum/etc. on your way home from work (even if it's 10 minutes!)

✦ Asking that person you’ve  been thinking about to grab a coffee

✦ Carving out time to have a text conversation (I know there's someones message you need to get back to!)

✦ Bringing a friend along for errands

 

Your energy is precious - protect it, nurture it, and let it shine.
