1. Close your eyes and take 5 slow and deep breaths!
Without judgement - consider what emotions came up, were your thoughts loud or quiet?
2. Give your emotion a name
Excited, joyful, peaceful, anxious, grateful, sad, frustrated, pleasant ...
Try to find one that feels just right!
3. Identify a rainbow & a storm!
What has been going well for you lately! 🌈
What would you like to improve on? 🌩️
4. Why are check-ins important?
It is easy to get caught up on what is going on externally, instead of what is going on inside of us! By identifying how we feel, what is going well and what has room for improvement (importantly without judgement!), we are in a better position to reach our goals ✨
