What is the difference between Pre Order and Made 4 U?
Pre Order refers to items we order just for you from our stockists. These are ready to be shipped to TIBBS & BONES and once we receive your pre order item, we will ship your item, or let you know your item is ready for collection.
Made 4 U refers to items that are created once you have placed your order via our website or in store. These are items especially for you.
Can I cancel my Pre Order / Made 4 U order item once my order is placed?
No, Pre Order and Made 4 U items cannot be cancelled once you have placed your order.
Can I change my order once placed?
No, Pre Order and Made 4 U items cannot be changed once your order is placed.
Can I return my Pre Order / Made 4 U item?
Yes, These items are able to be returned. Please note we have strict returns timeframes and policies we need to follow, this will be upheld for these items.
I ordered some New Rock Shoes and want to change to size?
We cannot offer cancellation or amendments to New Rock orders once they have been placed. Please take the time to use the size guide on the product page to ensure you choose the correct sizing for you!

Where can I find the timeframes of Pre Order / Made 4 U?
You will find the applicable timeframes in the product descriptions of items that are made to order or pre order. Some of our brands and items have general PO/MTO timeframes, such as:
Demonia: 5-10 business days
Pleaser: 5-10 business days
New Rock: 6 weeks
Soulan Zee: 1-5 business days
The Volt: 5-7 business days
Magical Wonderland: 1-2 weeks
Nixi Killick: 1-5 business days
Faux Fur Jackets: Between 3-4 weeks
Does this timeframe include shipping?
No, these timeframes are the time it takes for the item to get to TIBBS & BONES, once we receive the item we’ll then process and dispatch to which the shipping times will then apply. If you selected Pick Up In Store, you will receive a text as soon as your item is ready to collect.
